At Inner Balance, we don’t believe in "one size fits all" fitness. To ensure your safety and success, every new student starts with a private, 50-minute Introductory Session. This 1-on-1 time allows us to tailor the Pilates method to your specific body, goals, and history.


Not a beginner? You’ll still benefit from refining your form, learning our equipment, and getting a feel for our teaching style before jumping into regular classes.
