Inner Balance begins here to ensure your safety and success.
Your Starting Point. A private, 50-minute one-on-one assessment designed to meet you exactly where you are. Required of all new to IBP, we’ll discuss your goals, assess your movement patterns, go through the basic principles and exercises, and create your personalized "Roadmap to Results." Once complete, we are able to determine the best membership options for you.
Our services are packaged into monthly and/or term-based memberships in order to provide a path of consistency and accountability.
All services are available in-studio or virtually.
Final membership rates are customized based on your weekly frequency and preferred instructor.

While our services are packaged into memberships for consistency and value, here is the breakdown of our per session member rates:
100% Focused on You.T he gold standard of Pilates. Whether you are navigating an injury, training for an event, or simply want a practice designed exclusively for your body's needs, these sessions provide the highest level of precision and results.
Tailored Form, Shared Experience. With a maximum of 2-6 clients, these sessions offer the perfect balance of personalized attention and social motivation. Ideal for those who want specific modifications or faster progression than a standard group class allows.
The Energy of the Group. Build strength and flexibility in a supportive, small-group setting (6 clients max). These sessions focus on flow and consistency, using the Reformer and Mat to provide a full-body workout that leaves you feeling aligned and energized.
The Core of the Practice. A dynamic, floor-based workout that uses your own body weight and gravity as resistance. These sessions focus on deep core engagement, spinal mobility, and breathwork. It’s the perfect way to build "functional strength" that translates to everything you do in life.
Final per class and membership rates are customized based on your weekly frequency and preferred instructor.

Although the first step to getting started with us is the INTRO, we realize the importance of seeing how Pilates can "fit" into your life long-term.
All of our classes are pre-booked/enrolled (no drop-ins) and are kept at a maximum of 6 students.
When checking out our schedule, it is important to note that not all classes shown may be available to you. They may already be fully booked or they may not be the right class style for you and your level.
Please note: With such limited space and premium class sizes, it is best to allow our team to assist you in choosing the right classes. As a part of our concierge style customer service, we will do all of the work to get you set up, booked, and reserved on an ongoing basis. No need to rush to book yourself daily or week to week.
