Our mission is to prove that movement should restore you, not deplete you. We believe your alignment is too important to be lost in a crowd, which is why we’ve spent 27 years prioritizing small-group intimacy over 'drop-in' culture. Founder & Lead Instructor | Movement Expert Since 1999

I believe movement should make you feel alive, not exhausted. With a career spanning over two decades, I’ve been a dedicated Pilates instructor since 1999. I founded Inner Balance in 2002 because I saw a need for a smarter, more intuitive approach to fitness here in Erie—one that prioritizes your progress and your safety over the "grind" of a typical gym.


My philosophy is simple: Master the small things to reach the big goals. I’ve designed our programs to be a total body reset. Life is busy and often draining; your time in the studio shouldn't be. My favorite part of the day is watching a client arrive feeling "down" or depleted and leave feeling vibrant, refreshed, and standing a little taller.


Whether you are recovering from an injury, training for a milestone, or simply looking to feel better in your own skin, I am here to help you navigate your personal Roadmap. 


After 27 years in this studio, I am still convinced of one thing: Everyone deserves to feel good in their own body.

I’m a retired dancer with over 40 years of teaching experience, including 24 years dedicated specifically to the art of Pilates. My expertise lies in helping you find your strongest, most aligned self. I love tailoring every workout to your unique goals so you leave the studio feeling both physically challenged and mentally refreshed. I’ll always be your biggest cheerleader (though I might squeeze in 'two more' reps when you aren't looking!).

I became a Pilates instructor because I wanted to be the kind of teacher who makes you feel truly seen. With eight years of experience across Yoga, Pilates, and Personal Training, I believe sustainable growth happens when you work with your body, not against it. My sessions are intentional, customized, and usually full of offbeat analogies to help you find your form. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, but I’ll also kindly call you out when those shoulders start creeping up toward your ears!

My goal is for you to leave class feeling more spacious, grounded, and vibrant than when you walked in. Whether we are focusing on breathwork or precision on the Reformer, I'm here to ensure your practice is a restorative highlight of your day.
