Ready to start? Book your INTRO session, our personalized 1:1 Pilates start-up, designed for all new students to introduce you to our studio, equipment, and foundational Pilates principles. After scheduling, you'll receive onboarding details including health forms and payment instructions.

After your INTRO class and assessment, our team will recommend the perfect Pilates class styles and levels for your goals and schedule, ensuring your experience is both enjoyable and effective. This includes designing a plan that aligns with your current level of Pilates, and is considerate of your schedule needs and your budget.

Choose from our range of membership options, including in-studio, virtual, and diverse class types like Pilates Mat, Reformer, and equipment-based sessions, tailored to your lifestyle.

After 27 years of helping people discover Pilates, I still get excited seeing the transformations our clients experience. When I returned to Erie after living in Toronto for school and Pilates training, no one here knew what Pilates was. The idea of bringing this restorative practice to my hometown lit me up inside.
In 2001, I started with 10 clients in their homes and one class at a local gym. Three short months later, I opened my first studio. It was me, two reformers, and 1,000 sq ft of opportunity.
What I loved most about Pilates then and now is that it truly works for everyone (not just the “super athletic”). No matter your level, Pilates can help you improve mobility, balance, posture, flexibility, and core strength, while also offering mental and emotional benefits like lower stress, better moods, and more restful sleep. We hear regularly from our clients that they leave class feeling energized, refreshed, and ready for whatever their day brings.

Mat & Reformer classes are just a few of the options available here at Inner Balance. As a fully outfitted Pilates studio, we offer classes that use additional Pilates apparatus, including Cadillac, Stability Chairs, and Barrels.
From mindfulness and inner calmness to body acceptance and mental clarity, we offer workshops led by local experts to help you connect more deeply with your body and mind.
Each quarter, we’ll offer specialty classes led either by our in-house instructors or local experts to encourage "outside the box" Pilates--creating new challenges for our clientele.
