Beginner Pilates Classes

Our beginner Pilates classes are designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates and help you build a strong foundation. You'll learn proper breathing techniques, alignment, and basic Pilates exercises (on both the Mat and the Reformer) that will help you improve your posture, increase your flexibility, and strengthen your core.

Group Pilates Classes

Our Mat and Reformer Group classes are kept small, private and inviting.  With no more than 6 students, there is no need to feel intimated.  Work alongside fellow dedicated clients for a period of weeks--progressing as a group.

Semi-Private Pilates Classes

Experience the personalized attention of a private lesson with the energy of a small group. Our Semi-Private classes are tailored for those ready to move beyond the basics and dive into more technical Reformer and apparatus work. With a focus on precision and intermediate progressions, these sessions help you refine your form, increase your core strength and flexibility, and achieve your specific fitness goals alongside like-minded partners. These sessions allow for more customized modifications than a standard group class.

Private Pilates Sessions

Get personalized attention and guidance with our private Pilates sessions. Whether you're recovering from an injury, looking to improve your athletic performance, or just want one-on-one instruction, our certified instructors will work with you to create a customized workout plan that meets your specific needs.  Enjoy using the entire suite of Pilates apparatus.

Pilates for Rehabilitation

Pilates can be a great way to aid in the rehabilitation process after an injury or surgery. Our certified instructors have experience working with clients who are recovering from a variety of injuries and can help you develop a safe and effective workout plan that will help you regain strength, mobility, and range of motion.

Pilates for Athletes

Pilates can be a great complement to any athletic training program. Our certified instructors have experience working with athletes of all levels and can help you improve your performance, increase your flexibility, and reduce your risk of injury.

Pilates for Seniors

Pilates is a low-impact exercise that can be a great way for seniors to stay active and improve their overall health and well-being. Our certified instructors have experience working with seniors and can help you modify exercises to meet your specific needs.
